Episode #4: All I Want Is My Fair Share

Wednesday, December 26th, 2012

We present tracks loud and soft, cool and uncool, square and unsquare, modern and old but not TOO old (never too old). We play some show tunes, falsely claim that the Broadway cast of "Oliver" was the London cast, and end with music from one of our favorite cartoons (because it's too pretentious to write "animated short").

  1. Led Zeppelin — Kashmir (abridged)
  2. Dictionaraoke — Wild Thing
  3. Doktor Kosmos — Holiday
  4. Peggy Lee — You Deserve
  5. Peter Sellers — Setting Fire to the Policeman
  6. The Crazy World of Arthur Brown — Fire
  7. The Primitives — Run Baby Run
  8. Travis — Out in Space
  9. Dave Brubeck — Unsquare Dance
  10. Kendrick Lamar — Average Joe
  11. The Captain Howdy — Rosabelle
  12. Dead Fingers — Lost in Mississippi
  13. Donald Pippin, Michael Goodman, Georgia Brown, Bruce Prochnik, Alice Playten, Clive Revill — I’d Do Anything (from "Oliver")
  14. Scatman Crothers, Liz English, Phil Harris, Thurl Ravenscroft — Ev’rybody Wants to be a Cat (from "The Aristocats")
  15. Judy Garland and Howard Keel — Anything You Can Do (from "Annie Get Your Gun")
  16. Cole Porter — You’re the Top (from "Anything Goes")
  17. Roch Carrier, Normand Roger — Theme from "The Sweater"
